    An asymmetrical bi-chrome brick Italianate villa with cast iron lace verandah using the fern leaf motif, dark body bricks and white dressings, tesselated tiled verandah floor with bluestone margin and unusual parapeted treatment consisting of a bracketed
    cornice, intersecting circles without a balustrade between corner piers and a central vermiculated feature, the urns appearing to have been removed.
