Non-original alterations and additions, other than those specified above, are not significant.
Aesthetically, this building represents an intact example of a federation-interwar transitional bungalow. Majority of the building has federation-style features but the decorations and windows are simplified in the interwar style. This building contributes to the aesthetic and historic character of Toora. (Criterion E)

ALLTHREA - Physical Description 1
'Allthrea' at 17 Harriet Street, Toora is Federation symmetrical timber villa with a M-hip roof,and separate straight verandah across the facade supported by timber posts with arched timber brackets. Both the main roof and the verandah have a central gablet with decorative timber trusswork. There is one corbelled brick chimney.
