TRY AGAIN CO NO.2 SHAFT - Heritage Inventory Description
The substantially intact two finger mullock heap is the main feature at this site. It is 70m long, varies in width from 15 -30m and the tops of the fingers are 6-8m high. Part of the finger of the quartz wash heap is still standing next to the south side of the mullock. However the majority of the quartz has either been removed or at least spread about the site. It is scattered over an area 30m by 35m which contains two heaps 15m in diameter and up to 2m high.
