The Wesleyan Methodist Church was constructed. In 1866, to the design of Ballarat architect, J A Doane. The builder was Richard Rennie, who was noted for the construction of several of Buninyong's principal buildings. The Sunday School hall followed in 1870. The Church and Hall are now used for a private residence.
