When the good service line was built through Tottenham Station, the station and tracks were moved northward.FORMER TOTTENHAM STATION - Interpretation of Site
Tottenham Station has been moved north of original site, as have tracks. An old Board of Works plan shows location of site and station masters house and outhouse Sub-surface features may exits below the carpark that is now located on the site.

FORMER TOTTENHAM STATION - Heritage Inventory Description
The site is original Tottenham Station and a fenced wooden structure and outhouse located in the rail reserve to the south and south east of Tottenham Station. The structure is marked on the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works Footscray Plan No 1. When the goods service line was built through Tottenham Station, the station and tracks were moved northward. The site identified on the plan shows the original station and the station masters house, built close to the station with an outhouse.
