The Light Horse Gates - Veterans Description for Public
The Light Horse Gates form the entrance to the Bendigo Jockey Club at the BendigoRacecourse Reserve. The Reserve was used by Australian Military Personnel during the First World War and Second World War. On May 28th 1985, Rear Admiral Sir Brian Murray unveiled the gates in memory of all those who passed through the reserveinwartimeservice of Australia.
