    After a concerted effort to raise funds, a new Presbyterian Church at Croydon was formally opened and consecrated on Sunday 3 March 1907. In December 1954, Brooks, Robinson & Co. received an order for a plain window, measuring approximately 93 x 20 inches, from Mr. Patterson of a Croydon church. It was to have the symbol of the Air Force, the RAAF Badge and motto set into it but no other details were recorded. A new Croydon church was erected in 1966 and the central image and inscription were retained from the window in the old building and inserted into one of the tall rectangular windows. The church became the Croydon Uniting after the union of Congregational, Methodist and Presbyterians in 1977.
