    51 Ballarat Road - Physical Description 1

    Situated among the city's best Edwardian houses, this one is only partly visible from the street, having been recently encased within high brick walls. Differing slightly in its design approach, the house achieves a little more of the picturesque by the attic porch placement, on the angle, looking back towards Flemington.
    
    Otherwise the high-hip slated roof, with its terra-cotta detail, corresponds with the domestic Queen Anne Style pattern. Chimney-top details are also mildly unusual.
