Statement of Significance
This house pair is significant to the Cardinia Shire for its unusual row house form, its early brick construction and its obvious relative age, compared to the rest of the Lang Lang township development. Its construction is thought to be linked with the minor boom which occurred in Lang Lang during the Federation period, leading up tot he 1920s, when a number of commercial premises were built in the main street.

Row houses - Physical Description 1
This is a face red brick row house pair set under a common M-profile hipped roof clad with corrugated iron. The four chimney tops are corbelled and the verandah is a skillion profile.
Possibly emanating from a city investor, the design of the pair is unusual for the area and the Shire (no other suburban house pairs from c1900 are known in the Shire) , but altered in detail. It has been recognised in the planning scheme.
Row houses - Physical Conditions
Good. The verandah appears changed.
