How is it significant?
 Pascoe Vale South Uniting Church at 10 Cumberland Road, Pascoe Vale South is of local aesthetic significance to the City of Moreland.

Why is it significant?
 Of aesthetic significance, as a good example of late 1950s ecclesiastical architecture in Pascoe Vale South and for its ability to demonstrate the work of local architect Keith Reid, who designed churches in Moreland in the late 1950s and early 1960s. (AHC Criterion E.1)

      PASCOE VALE SOUTH UNITING CHURCH - Physical Description 1

      The Pascoe Vale South Uniting Church is a typical example of late 1950s ecclesiastical architecture, with a more horizontal form. It has a traditional rectangular plan, with a side entrance onto Westgate Street (north elevation). It is cream brick building with a flat roofline with narrow eaves. The main body of the church is two storeys with single storey wings to the side elevations. There is also a single storey verandah to the entrance in the north-west corner. There are panels of white rendered vertical fins to the primary elevations. Other features include: small concrete reliefs crucifixes to the west elevation; simple paired columns to the entrance porch; and contemporary stained glass windows.
