Quorn Cottage - Physical Description 1
'Quorn Cottage' has survived with its original form and subsequent weatherboard additions fairly intact. The dimensions of the roof form reflect the turn of the century villa design, also indicated by a corbelled brick chimney. The curved bargeboard with finial on the gabled section is in good condition and may be a replacement. The fenestration also appears to have been altered. These changes make it difficult to differentiate between the successive stages of building development.
In 1993, the property retained its established garden setting and was part of a small subdivision of 35 allotments marketed as the 'Quorn Cottage Prestige Housing Estate'. Quorn Cottage is now located on an allotment of 3033 square metres.Quorn Cottage - Intactness
