Statement of Significance

A terrace of three two-storey houses with a cement finished verandah and balcony consisting of square piers supporting a lintel at ground level and arcading at the upper level. The pier ends of the partition wall being rusticated in a mannerist fashion and with renaissance cement balustrades to the balcony and parapet, the latter above a dentillated cornice.
