Statement of Significance

A bluestone church with sandstone detailing comprising a four-bay nave, erected in 1864, chancel and trancepts, erected in 1894, and clumsily designed spire, dating from 1955. The transepts and circular apse are finely detailed and give the building a distinctively French Gothic appearance.
