Large timber Federation house which, although it possesses alterations is largely intact. It once belonged to well known local. The garden contains remanats of original design.
Heritage Inventory Significance: The site is of high regional historical significance and of low to moderate archaeological significance. A full historical and archaeological asseessment is required before disturbance to this area should be allowed.
