Heritage Inventory History of Site: Possibly dates from the Separation Estate Subdivision ca.1850s-60s, and has played a role in the area's two industries- pig breeding and dairying.Heritage Inventory Description
SEP 4, "FASHODA" - Heritage Inventory Description
Heddles farmhouse and old dairy. The five large house was built of fence post wood. The roof shingles appear to be hand-split , rather than machine split, although there is currently a corrugated iron roof. Outbuildings comprised of several sheds, milking shed, kitchen and stables. There was a piggery along the northern fence line. An old shed, north of the well and in which meat was hung, is now used as a garage.
