SUNBEAM PARK - History
Heritage Inventory History of Site: Lots 152C, 152A, 155B, and 157D selected by J McKenzie - obtained grant 17/07/1876 of80 acres. The remains of the main buiding appear to date from somewhat later although the dairy may be of 1870's date.

Heritage Inventory Interpretation: Typical late nineteenth century farming property, abandoned with the amalgamation of small farms in the second half of the 19th century.
