LUTHERAN CHURCH MANSE - Physical Description 1
This house was constructed in 1868 to the design of Mr. Poeppel, an Architect who was practicing in Albert Street in 1868-69. It has subsequently been added to in 1869 (when the coach house was built), in 1878 (improvements to manse, Architect Caselli), and in 1897 (manse. extended, Architect Bruzner).
The building is of some importance for the unusual chimneys, but primarily the house is of interest for its relationship with the Lutheran church. It forms an important complex with significant vistas from the house to the church.LUTHERAN CHURCH MANSE - Integrity
