The Drouin War Memorial is situated within a small park on the south side of Princes Way within the Drouin commercial centre. Sculpted by R. Ewers, the memorial comprises of a Second World War infantryman wearing a slouch hat, cape and pouches, and holding an Owen Gun in his right hand. The statue sits on a concrete and brick paver base, with flagpoles on the northeast and northwest sides. It was unveiled in November 1949 to commemorate 102 individuals who served in the First and Second World Wars. In front of the soldier is a smaller polished red granite block with a sloping top dedicated to service in Korea, Malaya, South Vietnam and Peacekeeping Missions.
