    PROPERTY OWNED BY HEINRICH ZIEBELL BETWEEN 1853 TO 1904. THE MILKING SHED WAS BUILT BETWEEN THESE DATES; THE SHED WAS PART OF LARGER DAIRY COMPLEX.

    ZIEBELLS BLUESTONE DAIRY & HOUSE - Interpretation of Site

    The site contributes valuable information to the local history of Epping and illustrates the pattern of small-scale dairying from mid-late 19th-c. As the land has not been extensively disturbed, the site may offer valuable opportunities to investigate and understand the way local occupants contributed to Epping's early development.
