STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
St James Church Hall is a steeply gabled roof weatherboard building in Federation style c1900 with some original features.
St James Church Hall is of historic and social value to the Drysdale community because it has associated with religious and church social events for approximately 100 years. The form of the building is subsequently intact as are some of the original details.
It is of local significance.

DESCRIPTION
A steeply gabled, corrugated iron roof, weatherboard building with a similar gabled front porch section and a side extension. The porch section has a decorative timber bargeboard and a pointed arch window. The significant architectural features are the original roof form and finish and the original doors and windows.
