    PARINGA - Physical Description 1

    A c.1960s clinker brick house built on a cruciform plan and set into a sloping site. It has a metal deck roof with promient exposed beams, projecting over a carport at the front. The houses is sited in a large informally landscaped garden. Trees include Melaleucas, Claret Ash, Spotted Gums . There are also recent stone retaining walls.
