Aesthetically, this building is an intact example of an interwar bungalow with connection to the dairy industry. This building significantly contributes to the aesthetic and historic character if Foster Road and Toora. (Criterion E)

TOORA BUTTER FACTORY MANAGER'S RESIDENCE (FORMER) - Physical Description 1
This is an interwar weatherboard bungalow with a transverse gabled roof. The roof extends to form the recessed verandah, which is supported by short paired posts on tall brick piers. There are two brick chimneys placed symmetrically at one end. Other original details include timber shingling and decorative bracketsto the gable ends, boxed timber framed windows with multi-pane top sashes, and a timber framed front door with sidelights and highlights. The house is in good condition and hasa high degree of external integrity.
