Statement of Significance

No 5 Willsmere Road is of significance as a substantially unaltered example of the hipped form of the Melbourne Queen Anne house executed by the leading architectural firm of Inskip and Kemp. Built in 1903, the house has been successfully designed to complement one of the most prominent building sites in Kew.
