WILSON HOUSE - Heritage Inventory Description
Derelict limestone cottage. Dimensions 7 x 7m. Site Inspection Jan 1994. All the walls are constructed using limestone blocks with rubble and mortar fill between the facing blocks. There is some cement render remaining on the interior walls. The whole of the exterior of the west wall is rendered with cement. "AD 1872" is carved on the front door lintel. It would appear that the north room, with a fireplace, was a later addition. The original fireplace in the south west room has been walled up and the chimney removed.
