Statement of Significance
Built in1859 the building is a two-storey, ten-roomed Malmsbury bluestone dwelling, with the principal rooms on the first floor. The main Italianate section western elevation features flanking projecting hipped roof bays,with a verandah across that returns on the north side. The smaller north east wing is set forward, and features matching construction details and hipped roof, including its own verandah. All openings onto the verandahs are french door style.
