THOMAS STEVENS' HOTEL AND STORE - Heritage Inventory Description
The ruins of an extensive structure. There are visible wall lines of brick and granite. Brick, stone and slate is scattered over an area approximately 25 x 25 metres. A large brick lined well is in the centre of the site. There are numerous scattered artefacts.
Heritage Inventory Significance: High archaeological significance. There are probably substantial in situ archaeological deposits. High local historical significance. Thomas Stevens was a well known figure in the district in the late nineteenth century.
