      Heritage Inventory History of Site: A local informant suggested the site was associated with Cobb & Co which, if correct, dates the site to between 1849 and 1889.

      Possibly a former hotel site. Granite foundation blocks, with hand-made bricks. Surrounded by wild rose bushes.

      Heritage Inventory Significance: Medium. One of few granite buildings located by survey
