Bulanda Vale Homestead constructed by John Brock in the 1850s. Brock also owned Coulstocks Flour Mill, located along the Plenty River.

Possible location of Bulanda Vale Homestead constructed during the 1850s. Site is currently located in open space/park in the Janefield development. Site marked by a rectangular stand of peppercord and pine trees, no visible features remain.
Brick footings and shelter of peppercorns, pines, palms and other exotics.
