Statement of Significance
- Gabled porch with side entry doors.
- Multi-pane Lancet (pointed arch) windows in the nave walls and porch.
- Circular louvred vent at the gable end.
It has aesthetic significance as a Carpenter Gothic church with typical form and detailing including the steep pitched roof and lancet windows, which is an historic landmark within the Dumbalk district. (Criterion E)

DUMBALK NORTH METHODIST CHURCH (FORMER) - Physical Description 1
The former Dumbalk North Methodist Church is a typical Federation Carpenter Gothic Church with a gable roof and a small projecting porch with a steeper pitched roof and a one sided entry to the north. Other details typical of the style include the multi-pane lancet windows in the nave and the front of the porch and a small circular louvred vent high in the gable end.
Conversion to a dwelling has resulted in a stove flue through the roof and the construction of a garden and picket fence.
