The Pearcedale Methodist Church (former), constructed in 1918, at 12 Queens Road, Pearcedale.
How is it significant?
The Pearcedale Methodist Church (former) is of local historic and social significance to the City of Casey.
Why is it significant?
Historically and socially, it is significant as an early public building within Pearcedale, which demonstrates the revival of the township and the strength of Methodism in the early part of the twentieth century. Although no longer used as a church, it has strong associations with the local community as a long term public building that played an important role in the development of Pearcedale. (AHC criteria A4 and D2)

Pearcedale Methodist Church (Former) - Physical Description 1
The former Methodist Church at 12 Queens Road, Pearcedale is a small brick gabled hall with a new colourbond roof. The front elevation has a centrally located front door now concealed behind a later timber porch. There is a small window near the apex of the gable. The side elevations have small stepped buttresses and the window openings are original, although the windows are not. There is one brick chimney at the rear.
The former church, now used as a residence, is set back behind a garden of recent origins. There is a side driveway leading to a recent garage to the rear of the building.Pearcedale Methodist Church (Former) - Physical Conditions
