Pearcedale Public Hall - Physical Description 1
The Pearcedale Public Hall is a simple weatherboard building with a hip corrugated iron roof. The centrally located front door is flanked by small square four-paned windows, and there are multi-paned double hung sash windows in the side elevation. Changes to the original external fabric include:
- Skillion additions that have been made to the side at the front and rear.
- The front porch, which replaced an original porch of similar form.
- The external cladding and roof material, which appear to have been completely renewed.
The interior of the building was not inspected. The Hall is set within a triangular reserve facing Queens Road and is surrounded by mature trees include Monterey Pines and Eucalypts. It is opposite St Paul's Church of England.Pearcedale Public Hall - Physical Conditions
