Statement of Significance

House: A substantial two storey brick residence with simple patterned timber verandah detailing and timber shutters. Built about 1876 for John Kerr, prominent dairy farmer and Shire President. The additions to the rear are excluded from the Classification.
Dairy: Polygonal bluestone slate-roofed dairy possibly of 1860's.
