What is significant?
The former Fish Creek Butter Factory, designed and constructed by Daniel Scott & Co. in 1934, at 7 Falls Road, Fish Creek.
Why is it significant?
The former Fish Creek Butter Factory is of local historic significance to the township of Fish Creek.
Historically, it is one of a number of factories that demonstrate the development of the dairying industry during the interwar period and its importance to the economies of small towns such as Fish Creek.
