BICKFORDS HOUSE SITE - History
Heritage Inventory History of Site: An early house site in the district. The house is believed to have been in ruins early this century. "The Ravenswood Muster" states that the first owners were the Flembacks who bred and trained horses. The shed has been used as stables and a shearing shed.

Heritage Inventory Interpretation: The house probably dated to the late nineteenth century.

BICKFORDS HOUSE SITE - Heritage Inventory Description
House site, consisting of a partially standing shed and a ruinous house. The shed is built from sandstone, granite, slate and bricks and has two doors and a window. Approximately half the walls remain standing. The house site consists of scattered accumulations of brick and is surrounded by exotic plantings.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Moderate archaeological significance. There may be in situ archaeological deposits. Moderate local historical significance.
