Memorial Window Description & History
Stained Glass Window at Corio Geelong Grammar School All Saints' Anglican Chapel - Memorial Window Description & History
The war in South East Asia was rarely singled out for a specific commemorative window, despite its vital importance in the defence of Australia. The main image in this window is a multi-faceted star - the light referred to in the text. As in some other windows in this series, the backdrop to the text and image is the pincushion hakea, and the subdued colour throughout the design was only broken by the single blue flame.
