HOUSE - Physical Description 1
A large, neo-Tudor clinker brick and unpainted rough-cast (self-coloured?) stucco, gabled roof house. The Marseilles pattern roof tiles are blended in colour; as is the clinker brick fence, and the surrounding landscape is mature and original. Other examples of this type may be seen in Heidelberg , Kew , Hawthorn, Camberwell and Toorak. Generally original.
Streetscape
Atypical in period to the balance of Leslie Street, but possesses the detached, set-back form, the gabled tiled roofs, rough-cast stuccoed walls and surrounding mature landscape.Heritage Study and Grading
