COMINI HOUSE - History
Heritage Inventory History of Site: The house belonged to the Comini family. Bricks were used to construct a later family house. Chris Comini has suggested the 1880s as a likely date for the structure.Heritage Inventory Description
COMINI HOUSE - Heritage Inventory Description
House site, stockyard remnants with sheep dip and horse driven equipment, with machinery parts and a granite paved tank in situ. The site covers approximately 100 square metres.
Heritage Inventory Significance: High archaeological significance and high local historical significance. The site contains well preserved remains of features from a late nineteenth century farm eg. the horse driven machinery, sheep dip and various structures.
