    Plaque: Dedicated to the greater Glory of God 24 September 1995 Commemorating the service to Australia and the British Commonwealth during WWII RAN Sloops Parramatta Yarra Swan and Warrego In memory of those who served in these ships and particularly the 280 personnel who were killed in action when Parramatta [1941] and Yarra [1942] were sunk and Swan [1942] was damaged. May They Rest in Peace Window designed and crafted by Commodore Smyth AO RAN (Rtd.)

    The right-hand light of this three-light window was '-...installed in 1995, fifty years after peace came to the world at the end of the Second World War', a sentiment reinforced by the Dove of Peace placed at the head of the arch. Insignia of HMAS Swan 'Forward' and HMAS Warrego 'We lead Others Follow' were inserted above a laurel wreath encircling the insignia of HMAS Parramatta 'Strike Deep' and HMAS Yarra 'Hunt and Strike'. TheParramatta was sunk on 27 November 1941 with the loss of 138 lives and theYarra on 4 March 1942 with another 138 lives lost. The ships were represented by an image in profile of an RAN Sloop in Second World War camouflage and a list of their battle honours: Libya 1941, Pacific 1941-45, New Guinea 1942-44 and Lingaven Gulf 1945.
